I love my country and that is not just in words! Sometimes I wonder if things will ever get better but recent events and occurrence has shown me the power we wield as a nation when we are united as one against any opposition, I'm hoping this change will gain momentum and stay consistent!!!.
On that note. I would love to share this Tedx video about overcoming the fear of vested interest by Lamido Sanusi.
Every foe can be vanquished no doubt about it.

Was stuck on the train in the middle of no where for a while...national rail can like to get their acts together!What better time to write/type than then:) Here are the random thoughts that came to me based on Vera's radio show...but before then, enjoy this track... Don't blame the men for the lies,blame the women who will swallow any lie so long as it makes them look good...don't blame the women,blame the men who put them in that state. Personally I'm of the opinion that a strong onus is on the woman to decide not to be stupid...we are nuturing and very kind...a guy will take you on a ride if he knows he can get away with murder where he's concerned in your life. Judging A Book By It's Cover

Sometimes we meet people and assess them based on their outward appearance...to our own detriment!!! Yes our own detriment because this act in it's self is absolutely unwise..."pun intended"!!! Yours truly is guilty of this from time to time...We sometimes have the tendency to want to box people into compartments we've created for them in our minds... So a guy who's trousers refuses to cooperate with the force of gravity(lol) is not cool and when a girl wears a scandalous outfit, that makes her a slut.... Gibberish I say!!! Absolute nonsense...it does not work that way...trust me, I should know... A recent global case is that of the beautiful singer Susan Boyle ...I watched the clip on You Tube and when she said she wanted to be as famous as a well known singer,everyone right down to the judges snickered at her and thought she was just another joker...when she opened her mouth to sing, she became a HIT at the cute age of 47!!!(Another blog topic for another day......
